I really wanted to like the EarFun Air Pro 3, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.In less than 21 months, I’ve gone through three pairs:The first stopped working after normal running and light sweat.The second failed during regular gym use.The third started producing loud static noise when noise cancellation was on.EarFun refused to offer any further support because the last pair had just passed the warranty period.Overall, I’ve had a lot of issues with these earbuds. The app is very limited, buggy, and lacks useful settings.After this experience, I’ve completely lost confidence in the brand — definitely not buying EarFun again.Update:Thank you for replying here, but I still haven’t received the discount code your team promised.Support only referred me to the store promotion, which isn’t the same thing.I even offered to pay the difference for an upgrade, yet got no real help.I just hope the code (if ever sent) isn’t for the old model — since anyone can already buy the new one with 39% off.Really hoping EarFun can follow through on what was promised.
