I Paid 3 times but no order email first i paid 2 times with Klarna and it didnt work after that i paid with IDEAL and still no order email does this company even exist? They only have a email and they dont Respond

Not fit for purpose EarFun earbuds

I received these EarFun earbuds as a gift purchased through Amazon. After about 12 months of very light use, the left earbud stopped working completely. EarFun support was helpful at first and replaced them under their 18-month warranty.Unfortunately, the replacement pair failed after just 8 months — this time the right earbud died, with the exact same fault. I went through all the troubleshooting steps again with no success. When I contacted EarFun, they refused to help because the original 18-month warranty had expired, even though these were a new replacement pair. I would understand if it was a different issue but its not, it is identical!So I’ve had two pairs fail the same way in under two years. That’s not acceptable for a product and shows poor reliability and build quality. I would not recommend these earbuds, they are not fit for purpose and don’t last.I’m currently in discussions with Amazon to ask why they are allowing not-fit-for-purpose products to be sold through their platform.. Avoid buying from EarFun.

Poor Quality – 3 Pairs Failed in Under 2 Years

I really wanted to like the EarFun Air Pro 3, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.In less than 21 months, I’ve gone through three pairs:The first stopped working after normal running and light sweat.The second failed during regular gym use.The third started producing loud static noise when noise cancellation was on.EarFun refused to offer any further support because the last pair had just passed the warranty period.Overall, I’ve had a lot of issues with these earbuds. The app is very limited, buggy, and lacks useful settings.After this experience, I’ve completely lost confidence in the brand — definitely not buying EarFun again.Update:Thank you for replying here, but I still haven’t received the discount code your team promised.Support only referred me to the store promotion, which isn’t the same thing.I even offered to pay the difference for an upgrade, yet got no real help.I just hope the code (if ever sent) isn’t for the old model — since anyone can already buy the new one with 39% off.Really hoping EarFun can follow through on what was promised.

ANC failed too soon, but fast and helpful support

I got the EarFun Air Pro 4 as an early birthday gift and liked them at first, but about 2.5 months in the right earbud started making a high-pitched screech whenever any type of ANC was on. EarFun support walked me through troubleshooting and, when that didn’t fix it, immediately sent a replacement pair that arrived at my address in three days. I’m grateful for the quick, professional help, but disappointed the original ANC failed so soon.Edit: one month later noise cancelling stopped working on the new ones. I contacted Earfun support and they refunded the person who bought me the original ones.

I thoroughly enjoy my earphones, they are very comfortable and sit in the ear well. You can adjust the noise cancelling feature. I really love my earphones and I am glad I bought them.

Do not buy from Earfun! Very poor quality and no warranty

I would not recommend buying refunds products. I bought AirPods from a vendor on eBay and after six weeks one or both pods would lose power and not charge. I followed all the instructions, cleaning the connectors and resetting the case and sometimes this would work but then after a few days the same problem would repeat. When I contacted earfun customer services, they told me that they would not honour the warranty because I bought the item from eBay. Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again and I recommend that others also avoid them

Disappointed

Disappointed – Returning After Just 5 Hours of UseI purchased the EarFun OpenJump Open-Ear Headphones on Amazon UK, and after just 5 hours of use, I’m already returning them due to a fault. The software wouldn’t update despite multiple attempts—completely unacceptable for a brand-new product. I’m also concerned by the large number of overly positive reviews, which appear misleading. I was under the impression that fake or manipulated reviews were no longer permitted in the UK. Shoppers, be cautious.

Just bad customer service

Wanted to return a pair of headphones in guarantee as the left one wasn't working. They require you to film yourself cleaning them and then restarting them on camera. Just makes it such a long process for no reason. This would be fine if it was just advice on how to fix them but the fact they require evidence even after you have already told them you have done it already. Just bad customer service. The head phone are also very over hyped.
