Wanted to return a pair of headphones in guarantee as the left one wasn't working. They require you to film yourself cleaning them and then restarting them on camera. Just makes it such a long process for no reason. This would be fine if it was just advice on how to fix them but the fact they require evidence even after you have already told them you have done it already. Just bad customer service. The head phone are also very over hyped.
