All of the tutors here are lovely I have Joe for Biology, Neil for maths and Davinder for Chemistry. Joe is really good at giving examiner tips and explaining the content in a really engaging way, Neil has lots of amazing tips and tricks for getting the hang of certain topics and is really engaging and funny, Davinder is amazing at explaining the content and breaking it down and going back to questions so that he makes sure we understand it. I’ve really loved my time at MES and all the courses and Cram courses are definitely worth it!!
Laura's lesson were exquisite I truly felt confident when I walked into each paper of my biology exam. And Laura has helped me understand topics I thought I'd never understand. I truly enjoyed Laura's spirited TikTok and YouTube videos because they answered a lot of questions I had and gave me the confidence needed to push through. Her words of encouragement really motivated me! <3 You can really tell the care Laura puts into her lessons by the way she plans and structures her notes she makes for the class. Thank you Laura for your encouragement and your thoughtful lessons. <3
The teaching was fine but the people in customer service and those who run the website need to fired. My account has been locked for no reason whatsoever and I've reached out for help but the customer service team are insistent on not transferring me to the IT team. This is really poor and a complete waste of my money and time. Would definitely not recommend.
