I have read the other raving reviews and it may be really helpful for the students who are at GCSE level or even Secondary, but am not sure how this way of tutoring can be claimed to be as good as a private lesson and also says its a 1 to 1 session twice a week.The lady I spoke to clearly said there is no upper limit to the number of students per lesson and there are about 30 students at times. She also mentioned that the questions can be asked in a chat box. My child is going to year 6 and this in no way would help him or any student looking for a private tuition.30 students in a hour's lesson asking questions is like a classroom NOT EQUAL TO A PRIVATE LESSON. So please stop your wrong advert. Stop claiming that it's as good as a private tuition and so much cheaper. Its not even so much cheaper if you see any other group tuition which is online and has 30 students.Wrong Advertisement and Very misguiding.
Courses are great, but the IT support is appalling! There have been a few times when the courses would not load at all, or the screen would get stuck and keep returning to the same page. WhatsApp response, even when it seems to have been replied by a customer service agent, seems repetitive, offering irrelevant advice rather than fixing the actual problem! And to top that, no one answers the calls!
My child got better than predicted on all subjects except the ones she had helpWith myedspace, were she got below predicted. Both mocks and gcse exams didn’t have much of what they covered on the platform, rendering them useless.No help with the fact that they now have to resit. Free platforms like BbC bitesize would have been more helpful and free.

The explanations were very good and the way they break down the work especially paper 2 topics was very helpful. The maths was also very good by explaining the why behind the concepts such as quadratic formula just made it easier to identify when to use. I got a 999 in Sciences and an 8 in maths. The course boosted me from a 7 to 8 and from 7 to 9 in bio, 8 to 9 in chem and 7 to 9 in physics.
I recommend this website SO SO SO SO SO hard. Personally for me I had no hope in physics or chemistry, I recommend this company for your GCSE's so badly. They provide easter courses for an affordable amount (this year I think it was £20 per subject) going through lots of exam techniques and difficult questions over the easter break. There was summer livestreams and workbooks day before exams(which were all free) and it was so helpful. Thanks to you MyEdSpace, thank you so so much you are a blessing -EmoDuck
