I recently had a concerning experience with MyEdSpace (MES) while exploring tutoring options for my son. After initial inquiries, I was sold their tutoring product, but it soon became clear that it wasn't suitable for my son's specific needs. Despite providing details about his school and academic situation, including his exam board requirements, the product was misrepresented. In reality, the product didn't align with his exam board in most subjects. I later discovered that I had been mis-sold the product, and it was challenging to get MyEdSpace to acknowledge this fact.
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Chiaka was friendly, kept her word by calling me back mins to 7pm, accommodated my needs to call at a time convenient for me. As for the offer….I’m impressed more so that my daughter will get free summer classes, to trial if the lessons will work for her, before September when the official tutoring programme begins. Judging by my few interactions, I’m hopeful it’ll be worth it, and value for money, in the end!
I signed up my twins who are going into year 7 in Sept and one of them wasn't able to make an account. Mavis was very helpful with quick response and sorted out the problem and my child was able to sign in and crest an account
Absolutely fantastic company. The teachers are amazing and have helped so much on my child’s home education journey. Highly recommend to anyone home educating or for extra help alongside school. Also Mavis from the customer support team has been a huge help.
