teaching is good, but its slightly miss led on what you pay for - I don't know why it s twice as much as other online delivery teaching - I was told I had access to one on one support with the price I paid, then I was told it was a lot more for this. Customer service is really lacking
I am writing this review specifically to provide a factual counterpoint to the high volume of 5-star reviews, as my experience with MyEdSpace has been defined by constant service failures and serious concerns regarding educational continuity.We purchased the one-year Year 10 Maths and English home-schooling package. Since the start, I have had to constantly contact the company due to my son being repeatedly unable to access lessons.The first major issue was the site platform update, which, from day one, caused the learning portal to constantly crash and fail to load correctly, severely disrupting his studies until it was eventually fixed.However, the most critical failure occurred today, December 1st, just weeks before the school term officially ends on December 19th. As of today, all lessons have disappeared from the system. For parents relying on this service for home-schooling compliance with the Local Authority, this complete interruption of service is wholly unacceptable and puts our education reporting at risk.Furthermore, customer support is appalling. Responses often take hours, sometimes days. This morning, my son's Maths live lesson was due at 10:30 AM. I contacted WhatsApp support at 9:00 AM to report the missing lessons, and it is now 11:20 AM with zero resolution. This lack of immediate response during critical learning hours demonstrates a complete failure to support home-schooling families.The service we paid for is not being delivered, and the product is currently unfit for purpose. I strongly advise prospective home-schooling parents to consider the severe risk of unreliable technical infrastructure and unresponsive support.
I purchased a one-month subscription for my son and found the service was not a good fit. I have been trying to cancel the subscription for the past two weeks, and it appears to be impossible.The company is completely unresponsive. I have used every contact method listed on their official contact-us page with no success:Email: Sent multiple emails to info@myedspace... and help@myedspace... I have received no replies.Phone: Repeatedly called both +44 7723 361725 and +44 7897 016999. No one ever answers.Whatsapp: +44 7897 016999. No one ever answers.I am now forced to report this business to consumer authorities and instruct my bank to block any further payments.I strongly advise anyone considering this service to avoid it. You may not be able to cancel your subscription.
Sat in with granddaughter and observed Laura deliver biology and Hannah physics…. Wow, how impressive! So engaging, enthusiastic and managed the multiple questions with clear, encouraging answers.So very different to the old teaching method of read from pages x to y!!I would not hesitate to recommend these two excellent teachers!
Verry good environment, it has well qualified teachers who have been examiners and have been in a teaching career before, lessons are well placed and well tailored to the students, they also provide us with homework which is really helpful, it had put me a little ahead of my classes which makes life soo much easier as the content I have already covered comes up in lessons giving me a small boost, and it had been reflecting on my grades as well!!!
