Now, my charger is facing issues, and despite logging tickets multiple times, I’ve received no response. It feels like another company that lacks confidence in its products and is uninterested when support is needed. This adds to the e-waste problem. If I had used this charger more frequently, my disappointment would be even greater, but I’ve only used it about once every two weeks since purchase. My recommendation is to look for a reliable EV charger with a proven track record.
