The product itself is fine, resolving issues is an absolute nightmare!
The charger wouldn’t connect to WiFi due to a known fault and the electrician needed to do it instal but didn’t.
I have been trying to resolve for 2 weeks and trying to get past the AI assistant is virtually impossible.
Given the choice again, Myenergi….. absolutely not!!!

Great experience with their website. It matched me with plenty of verified installers in my area. I did some research on them and went with eSolar to install my Zappi Glo. I had a great experience with them too getting it installed so well done to myenergi for having that feature on the site.

False solar integration and zero support
I was sold a "solar integrated" Zappi for my 6kW Duracell system, but Bumblebee followed poor advice and installed it with just one CT clamp. It cannot distinguish between my 12 panels and my battery storage. Myenergi has no customer service to fix this mess. I am now demanding Bumblebee remove this useless unit and issue a full refund so I can switch to a Duracell EV charger that actually works with my home.

Extremely disappointing support for an EV charger

This has been the worst experience trying to get assistance for an EV charger. I really wish I had taken more time to choose. I've been seeking help for weeks with no response to emails, and phone support is unresponsive. They recommend using chat, but all I receive are automated replies.

Once a great product, now lacks support

I used to really enjoy these products. I purchased a charger in December 2020 and even paid for an extended warranty, which has now expired. Now, my charger is facing issues, and despite logging tickets multiple times, I’ve received no response. It feels like another company that lacks confidence in its products and is uninterested when support is needed. This adds to the e-waste problem. If I had used this charger more frequently, my disappointment would be even greater, but I’ve only used it about once every two weeks since purchase. My recommendation is to look for a reliable EV charger with a proven track record.

Extremely disappointing experience

This experience has been absolutely disappointing. I’ve been trying to get technical support for my malfunctioning charger for weeks, especially in southern Sweden. I keep hearing that someone will reach out, but it never happens. It seems the company is selling low-quality products without adequate customer service, particularly outside the UK. They should be avoided. I echo previous comments about the poor AI customer service experience. It’s unacceptable. It feels unethical for them to sell products in regions without proper after-sales support. I’ve even lodged a complaint with the consumer bureau.

Response times are unacceptably slow

It has become increasingly frustrating to wait for responses regarding equipment issues. Unlike some competitors, this company doesn’t allow installers to diagnose the equipment, leaving customers to wait for a reply. In the past, response times were reasonable, but they have become unacceptably slow over the last year. My latest request remains unanswered.
