This experience has been absolutely disappointing. I’ve been trying to get technical support for my malfunctioning charger for weeks, especially in southern Sweden. I keep hearing that someone will reach out, but it never happens. It seems the company is selling low-quality products without adequate customer service, particularly outside the UK. They should be avoided. I echo previous comments about the poor AI customer service experience. It’s unacceptable. It feels unethical for them to sell products in regions without proper after-sales support. I’ve even lodged a complaint with the consumer bureau.
