Received a response today, this company has changed my perception of them. I still think the inability to talk to the same advisor is an issue but overall they respond to all complaints and are sensitive and understanding. I can now tackle the actual problem with EE who I wish were as responsive and supportive as this organisation. This organisation listens and genuinely cares.
