If you don’t stop trying to pursue me for money I don’t owe, I am going to make your life more miserable than you make others. Take your scammy business and your scammy employer and shove them where the sun doesn’t shine. Next letter will be a cease and desist and after that I will be writing to trading standards, the ombudsman, and whoever else I need to inform to shut down your scam. Scum.

No body wants a debt recovery firm getting in contact , but as far as they go every correspondence ive had with this company has been profesional , empathetic and concise. Not once have they been pushy or not listened to my side infact they have actually gone above and beyond to support me on an issue that is out of my control and hands.

Never thought I’d be writing a positive…

Never thought I’d be writing a positive review for a debt collection agency but crosses wires led to me not getting the final bill from the supplier and it moving to debt collection - the advisor totally understood my situation and I paid the final bill without the debt agency’s charges. Impressive!

Received a response today

Received a response today, this company has changed my perception of them. I still think the inability to talk to the same advisor is an issue but overall they respond to all complaints and are sensitive and understanding. I can now tackle the actual problem with EE who I wish were as responsive and supportive as this organisation. This organisation listens and genuinely cares. Thank you for your understanding during a very difficult time.
