For a while I was quite desperate as I couldn’t connect directly to a human support (it was after hours), so I sent a request for help using chat bot, not knowing if it went anywhere. Next day I was so relieved getting reply from Patrick Carl de Leon, a very helpful and kind support team member. He identified my mistake and provided detailed instructions how to fix it. It felt like an angel took me by the hand and waked me out of a strange forest…. Well, it was a small thing, but feeling helpless was quite stressful and Patrick’s prompt response and support was very comforting.
