It was interesting experience to file taxes online. My federal taxes was successfully filed. However, state taxes are still pending since last week in queue. It's almost tax deadline and I am hoping to cross the finish line. The pricing in pounds or euro isn't what I had in mind for US currency. I think it's too expensive.

WHERE THE HECK ARE THEY???

I would love to give a good review but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at this company!!!! I paid premium - an ENORMOUS amount of money, frankly far more than ever paid for other places - where I was able to speak to someone ON THE PHONE directly - yet here I'm lucky to get one email per day. This site *guarantees* that I can talk to someone LIVE as well as have immediate ONE ON ONE support filling out the documents... something it doesn't deliver on at all! Honestly I think these reviews are fake! At this point, not only have I done 90% of the work, I also paid an enormous amount of money and have nothing to show for it!!!!Update*In response to the baloney they responded back to me, here's what THEIR plan promises, taken DIRECTLY off their website: -COMPREHENSIVE TAX SUPPORT AND CONSULTING - GET A TAX PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNED TO YOUR CASE TO HELP YOU THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND ANSWER ALL YOUR IMPORTANT QUESTIONS-HIGH TOUCH SUPPORT FOR TAX PROFILE COMPLETION -LIVE HUMAN SUPPORT They DO NOT deliver on what you pay for. I've paid half this amount in the US and gotten immediate responses via phone. Thank got they issued a refund, but now I'm 4 days away from my taxes due and I have to scramble because I wasted several days waiting for these idiots.
