The Good: the company's attention to detail and follow-up and thoroughness is reassuring. There were a few mistakes that I made because of my unfamiliarity with the software and its intricacies, which were very patiently pointed out to me and corrected. The Not So Good: Because of the time-zone differences, the turnaround time stretches into days. That is an area of improvement that should be considered. The Bad--After completing the Streamline program, on two of the 3 years involved, the amount showing owed differed on the 1040 as opposed to the payment form to the IRS. I wrote back immediately. This involves the extended wait because of the time-zone differences, despite pointing out the differing amounts, the response from your staff was to completely ignore what I clearly mentioned. The only solution left for me was to simply pay the higher amount and have the IRS decide which amount is correct. That is what I am paying you for. In this matter, you simply have to do better. I appreciate the program and its ability to help me as a taxpayer navigate some incredibly complex tax law. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my opinion.
