The interface is attractive and easy to navigate. The price is competitive. Bonus - they save information from previous years which is a huge time-saver, especially for FBARs. Their chat is a little slow to use, and they can't validate electronic signatures (so mandatory printing and scanning). The product is solid, so I'll be using it next year.
