The only reason I’m not giving a one-star rating is that I have previously ordered tags with a smooth process. However, this time I ordered a pricier item, a jumper, and when it arrived, the size didn’t fit. I contacted them for an exchange, but they don't offer exchanges. I had to return it for a refund before ordering a different size. It seems a bit outdated, but I was okay with that if the process was quick. I returned the item via registered mail, and it reached them on November 24th. After waiting a couple of days without hearing from them, I reached out and was informed they received it but hadn't processed it yet due to increased orders. Now, over two weeks later, I still have no confirmation of the return processing and can only imagine it will take more time for the refund. I’ve emailed several times since, but nothing has progressed. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering the replacement since it will arrive too late. It’s disappointing they don’t seem to value returning customers—perhaps my spending isn’t significant enough for them. A simple email would go a long way in making customers feel appreciated.
