No matter which option or country I select, the process fails, making it impossible to verify my account.❌ Account Blocked for WeeksBecause of this technical issue, I have been unable to use my account for more than two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a financial service app.❌ No Customer Support ResponseI have sent multiple emails and support requests, but received no response at all.This level of support is extremely poor and unprofessional, especially for an app that handles users’ money.❌ Lack of Communication & TransparencyThere is no clear explanation, no alternative verification method, and no communication from the MyFin team.Users are left stuck without access to their funds or services.⚠️ Very Disappointing ExperienceFor a financial application, reliability and support are critical.
