Worst bank ever to use

Worst bank ever to use! You have to wait 10 days to recieve bank transfers very slow they say it takes up to 7 working days and it always happens at least after 7 working days not to say sometimes even more , and thats not even all - once you recieve a transfer and you already see the amount on your current balance they block your money for 24h and you cannot use them!! Ridiculous! After a thousand times that I asked them why is that the answer was even more ridiculous nonsense “ When receiving an amount by card, it takes technical time to post the amount to your account.” 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ They provide a free account and there is also a premium one which costs 10 euro per month and don’t even bother the only difference that you get is that if you are premium you can have as much as cards as you want. Also , they don’t have online customers support chat the only way to get in touch is to write an email and they answer whenever very optionally , sometimes they don’t even bother to answer not to mention it takes ages until you get that precious answer from them , I started texting them in messanger via Facebook hoping for the better but not much of a difference anyway. Highly not recommending, if you think to use them better think twice!
