I had a delivery for a cake and flowers for my relatives anniversary. As it was on Valentine’s Day I checked on the website and found out they will deliver it .
Inspite of the tracking showing that the bouquet and cake were out for delivery it did not reach . I kept calling and finding out but there was no sign of delivery. Next day they called me after I raised a complaint through their AI assistant and it was almost afternoon. I asked then the reason for delay so they just told me they could not reach the contact numbers provided which is a lie as I had given them 2 working contact numbers and I myself had called so the numbers were very much reachable . Inspite of asking when the bouquet and cake will be delivered they simply said that I will know when it does through their tracking . They also gave lame excuse of not having received the picture for the cake inspite of uploading it twice and double checking it .
The cake and flowers reached late evening the following day . The flowers were dry and wilted and one flower was missing as well . Will not try them again as they do not have the basic courtesy to respond or apologize and make bad excuses for not delivering on time .
