We were really looking forward to this bed for our pup, but it didn't meet our expectations. It claims to be fluffy, thick, and therapeutic. However, it arrived vacuum-sealed and was supposed to expand within 24 hours. While it did expand a little, the bottom had no filling, making it feel like just a surface on the floor. The XL size is quite small as well. When we contacted the support team, they suggested we wait for it to expand, but the change was minimal. After reaching out again, we were informed that we could return it, but at our own cost, which isn't feasible for us. Our pup rarely uses it since it feels like sleeping on the ground.
