Food never even arrived.Waiting for ages as it usually arrives around 2 so we plan to have dinner with it. Like, we're hungry. Why is it not here when they said it would be at the latest.I have these meals with my son when I have him and am very disappointed.I don't need it now obviously, not spending $30 per meal just for excess servings for myself. I've been waiting for a reply from their FB and live chat for an hour.It was out for delivery at 1247pm. It's been in the van for over 5 hours. That ain't fresh.States delivery before 5pm and noone messaged to advise it would be late as stated in website.Still no reply from customer service.Update.. arrived at 6.15pm like we don't need this 6 hour van incubated food anymore. The box was soggy cause the ice packs were half defrosted. The veges weren't warm. The meat was cold but pretty shabby.We ended up cooking a budget ass TV dinner meal with what we had instead of something we hoped would be amazing.Still no reply.
