This service is awful. They inaccurately report to credit bureaus. Even with timely payments and decreasing balances, my score drops for no reason. They frequently change login credentials, making access frustrating. Avoid this service if your credit matters; they penalize responsible behavior and communication is poor, making it hard to track your account.
