After four phone calls, one unexpected disconnection, multiple identity verifications, and 2-3 hours spent with their team, the problem remains unresolved. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! This is exactly why many are advocating for AI solutions—eliminate poor customer service agents! --- I plan to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies to seek proper assistance.
I had a very frustrating experience with the company. I was enrolled in paper statements without my consent, which cost me two dollars a month. When I called to address this issue, they unenrolled me, but by then, four months had passed, and they accused me of requesting it when I hadn’t. They refused to refund the eight dollars I had been charged. The manager I spoke to even stayed on the line to prevent me from completing a survey about my poor treatment. Additionally, their customer service representatives had heavy accents that made it difficult to understand them. I am very dissatisfied with this company now. It's best to steer clear of them, as they seem to care little about customer service.

This service is adding illegal fees and opened a new account without my consent. I've reported this to the appropriate authorities, and I know there are many others facing similar issues. I've contacted the attorney's office to investigate this service thoroughly. I will not make any further payments until I receive guidance from the authorities.
I received a letter claiming I applied for a credit card, which I did not. Thankfully, my credit account was locked, preventing any issues. When I reported this, they insisted on my personal information for verification, which I refused. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
I was forced to give one star. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been struggling to obtain a payoff letter, and despite their claims of a 3-5 day turnaround, nothing has come through. It's clear they don't want you to pay off loans early, and the excuses for delays are unacceptable.
Please, DO NOT get this card. There are hidden fees and the customer service is terrible. After paying off my cards, I was unaware of a monthly maintenance fee, which adds up significantly. I tried to contact customer service, but it turned out to be automated responses rather than real help.
