My payment date was on the 13th of every month, so I was 1 day late and I was hit for a $30 late fee. The problem is, I get paid every 2nd Wednesday of the month (disability) so sometimes as early as the 8th, but sometimes as late as the 14th. So this month, 09-14-2022 and on 12-14-2022 are the dates I will be paid. I asked them if they would change the payment due date to the 16th of every month, they said yes. Also, I asked them if they could please wave my late fee for this month, and they ALSO said yes, although that is Pending for my recent payment to clear before they can, but they promised they would.
