Such a really interesting course to take on from start to finish, packed with so much information it is intense, I won't lie, and there is alot of reading to do as well as studying, But I dont regret taking on the course, just means you have to manage your work load in a way that fits better for you. But it does require quite a number of hours to study per week. Overall I've enjoy every minute and learnt alot about health and nutrition that I wasn't awear of including how to be awear and more mindful of certain disorders and of people's feelings, and about all of the help and support we have out there too in our community. I definitely would recommend this course to everyone because I think it would be a big eye opener and change people's lives so much if they knew just alittle bit more about how to change your lifestyles for the better in the most simplest healthiest ways, that doesn't have to cost the earth.
