After a shaky start to my free course, so many personal issues suddenly took over, I contacted the college to discuss how I can proceed. They were professional and friendly and dealt with my issues quickly and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Now I can settle down and plan for my studies without any stress.
I am doing Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading through My Free Course, and I was thoroughly impressed. Having been skeptical about 'free' courses, this experience exceeded my expectations. The process was quick, detailed and thorough. The support given so far is amazing. I am still continuing the course and wish to proceed another level once this is completed!

I'm studying Level 3 in Understanding Mental Health and it's been brilliant it’s really took my mind off things that are going on at home and it’s really helping my mental health. I really enjoy working on this course and the staff have been great. They’ve given me 24 hours support. I never thought I would ever be able to do a course due to the fact that I have extra needs I struggle with dyslexia mental health ADHD and autism for this course is proven that I can do it. I’m only on my tech a lot of course I’m really enjoying it the staff of extra supporting if I need it and keep me updated on a regular basis not very good with technology so I’ve been able to do it the old-fashioned way pen and paper and it’s very easy this way I don’t lose my work and I’m able to do the course easy if you’re computer savvy, then you’ll also be okay with this course too :) they ring me after every course and I get updated on my progress that I’m making I really can’t wait to finish this course and get my certificate and then start another course :)
Communication has been good as you can contact your tutor when you need them. So far I haven't had to. I chose to use both paper and IT as I work better with something to put notes on. This has made it easier for me personally. I haven't had the first assessment yet so I can't say what that is like but the course work is very reasonable and give you enough information without being overwhelming.
