I had higher expectations and I'm quite let down. Given the pricing, I thought international shipping would include customs fees, but it seems the customer is left to handle those. The concept is appealing — the charms, bracelets, and necklaces are stylish — but the quality fell short upon arrival. The color was particularly disappointing; the mega necklace and bracelet I ordered appeared almost orange, while the charm clasps and some charms were a completely different shade of yellow gold. The mix of gold tones seems odd and doesn't look cohesive, which is frustrating for the price. Additionally, after only a few uses, one clasp broke — not what you'd expect from jewelry at this cost. I considered returning the items but hesitated, assuming I'd have to pay for return shipping and customs fees for an international return. On a positive note, the customer service was quick and friendly, which I appreciate. However, after all the marketing hype, I expected a similar level of quality in the jewelry, and sadly, that wasn't the case for me.
