Disappointing Experience Given the Price

I had higher expectations and I’m quite let down. Given the costs, one would think that international shipping would cover customs fees, rather than placing the entire responsibility on the customer. I appreciate the brand's concept — the charms, bracelets, and necklaces are stylish and modern — but the quality fell short upon receiving my order. The most disappointing aspect was the color. I ordered the mega necklace and bracelet, and they appear almost orange, while the charm clasps and some charms are a completely different shade of yellow gold. I really don’t understand the choice to mix various gold tones; the result is quite unbalanced, and for the amount paid, it’s a significant disappointment. Additionally, after just a few uses, one of the clasps broke — something you wouldn’t expect from jewelry at this price range. I considered returning the items, but I didn’t, mainly because I feared I would have to pay for return shipping and customs fees for an international return. That said, the customer service was prompt and friendly, which is worth noting. Unfortunately, after all the impressive marketing and branding, I expected that same level of care and commitment to be reflected in the jewelry itself, but that was not my experience.

Exceptional Customer Support

I ordered two necklaces and experienced a significant delay in receiving them, but the customer support truly compensated for it. They were exceptional. I plan to shop with them again in the coming year and will recommend them to others. My necklaces arrived and they are stunning!

Impressive Marketing, Lacking Quality

I'm really dissatisfied with the necklaces I purchased and I'm struggling to find customer service on the website to express my disappointment. Thankfully, I didn't pay full price, as the products look cheap and don't resemble the flashy advertising or attractive packaging they came in — it's unfortunate that the products themselves are of such low quality. I won't be returning anytime soon!

Improved Experience - Check Spam Folder

I'm updating my previous review where I expressed frustration over a customs charge to Ireland and a faulty clasp on an earring. I mentioned not receiving a reply from customer service, but I did get a helpful response that landed in my spam folder. I'm feeling much better now.

Hero Charm Hoops Midi Earrings - Clasp Issues

I bought the Hero Charm Hoops Midi Earrings in November and struggled to close the clasp on one of them. I contacted customer service and quickly received a replacement, which I appreciated. However, after wearing the new pair three times, I'm facing the same clasp issue with both earrings. I've nearly lost them along with a charm! Clearly, there's a manufacturing flaw with this clasp type. I've emailed them again today and await a reply, but I'm not confident that a replacement won't have the same problem.

Very Poor Customer Service

Regarding my order, the customer service from this company is extremely lacking, indicating they can't manage their order volume. I received my parcel but the charms were missing. I reached out to customer service, and they promised replacements and a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. However, nearly two weeks later, I still haven't received the missing charms. The tracking indicates they were supposed to be sent, but they were never dispatched. There’s no effective customer service via phone or chat, and the email responses take two days without resolving my issue. I need these charms for a gift and I'm left frustrated with no alternative but to keep emailing. Meanwhile, they keep sending marketing emails trying to sell me more, despite not fulfilling my original order! I would recommend avoiding them, and even when I finally receive my charms, I doubt I'll order again due to this hassle.

Love the Brand, But Customer Service Lacks

I genuinely love this brand, but the customer service has been disappointing lately. I ordered several pieces on sale, and three weeks later, they still hadn't arrived. I reached out to inquire about their status and whether I could get a refund if they were lost. I sent multiple messages without any response. Eventually, I received a refund without any communication, which annoyed me as I would have liked to reorder or at least know what happened. It's rude not to respond, in my opinion. While I love the products, I won't be ordering again because I can't risk a repeat of this experience.
