I ordered a product as a birthday gift for a friend and was charged, but the order never showed up. Tracking it was impossible as the website claimed my order didn’t exist. I contacted the support team, who replied the next day saying they would look into it, but I never heard from them again. Despite following up several times, there was still no response. The website mentions deliveries take around 4 working days, but it has now been 5. I’m left without a gift and out of pocket. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I’m still waiting for a reply from the company, but I doubt it will come soon given their customer service. I would have accepted any kind of explanation, whether it was an out-of-stock situation or a system error, but there has been no communication or solution.
