Truly awful customer service, I placed an order more than a month ago and have not received an update and the MyFujiFilm team have since been ignoring proceeding emails regarding this. I spent a host of time on this photo project as a gift and the last email I received indicated that they were not even aware of the order. My money is still with them and I will be looking at contacting trading standards regarding this to attempt to retrieve what I paid.
