I ordered a camera as a birthday gift and was charged, but the order never came. Tracking showed that my order didn’t exist. After contacting the support team, I received a response the next day saying they would check, but I never heard back. I followed up multiple times, yet got no updates. The stated delivery time is about 4 working days, but it’s now been 5. I’m left without a gift and have lost my money, having to dispute the charge with my bank. I’m still waiting for a response from the company, but I suspect it will take a long time due to their lack of customer service. I would have accepted any explanation, whether it was an out-of-stock issue or a system error, but there has been no communication or resolution.
