Sleep study was covered by insurance. The first "didn't work" so they had to send a 2nd device. I fell within the margin of error and after 6 weeks of back and forth they agreed to give me a prescription for cpap. Now during this 6 weeks of back and forth, they went from me owing them money to no you're insurance paid it to literally the SAME customer rep saying yeah you do owe money, since they gave me a 2nd test (remember THEY messed up the 1st one)The customer service is awful, and pitiful. There are maybe 2 representatives to work for this entire company. They've got all the domain space and you wonder why there's only one other review than mine.They are crooks, cheaters, liars, and have caused me to LOSE sleep over this stupid test. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.This company is a total scam, borderline fraudulent Original review wrote in August 2024.As over November 2024 they still call weekly. There are only 4 people that work at this company.SCAM
