I paid for my shipment (Order 5608902), stayed home the entire day, and yet the courier never attempted delivery. Instead, the package was returned directly to MyGermany without ever reaching me.Instead of resolving the issue, MyGermany keeps asking me to pay again to resend my already paid shipment – even though the failure was caused by their courier (DPD). As the sender, it is their legal obligation to file the complaint with the courier and deliver my package.I find this extremely unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to pay twice for a package that never even arrived. If MyGermany cannot handle something as simple as a parcel, how can they be trusted with anything more complex?I will escalate this case formally through consumer protection if it is not resolved.
