For a simple 2 kg package with clothes from Germany to the Czech Republic, their cheapest shipping option exceeds 72€, while it should cost less than 10€. I've reached out to support multiple times, but they’ve ignored me for over 2 working days, causing significant delays. Unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
