I love using myGermany, and I've shipped over 15 boxes, but recently, their service has started to decline. Whenever I email with questions or need help resolving issues (like missing pictures, further instructions, missing packages etc), it takes a week to get a response that is incomplete or not helpful. I think communication could be better, such as providing notice that a major shipping carrier like UPS is no longer an option or that shipping rates are increasing or decreasing.I hope myGermany will add more employees to their customer service and consolidation team to improve the experience.
