TLDR: They overcharged me by €10 due to them entering the wrong package measurements, and wouldn't rectify it.Longer version:I used myGermany to forward a tiny package on to me. I used their shipping estimator beforehand, which estimated €19 in fees. When it eventually arrived, I was charged €29.7 - a 50% increase.I queried this with myGermany, and they gave me package dimensions that bore no resemblance to reality - their "recorded" dimensions were 3x the actual volume of my package. Even entering their package dimensions they recorded in to their estimator only came to €24.After multiple emails back and forth with support, they offered €5 credit to my account.Needless to say this is worthless - I wouldn't trust that any future deliveries aren't also charged 50% higher.
