Worse, the product arrived completely **melted and spoiled**, causing us a loss of **over €2,000**.We submitted several claims to their claims department, all of which were **ignored**. Additionally, they continued to charge us for a **premium monthly plan**, **even after we formally canceled and they confirmed the cancellation**. This is not only unethical—it borders on fraudulent behavior.I strongly advise others to **avoid doing business with this company**.
