Update 13 Nov 2024:Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars after the CEO contacted me directly and offered a refund which I've now received. It sounds like they are making a number of changes to avoid situations like this happening again in the future. It's great to finally have a resolution after 6 months but just wish none of it had ever happened. Hopefully the changes being introduced by the team and extra staff coming in will help them become a great service again.----------When repacking my concierge order, myGermany stacked the heavy items badly in the box which led to €400+ damage during transport. No one from the Claims team ever responded to any of my emails, I'm guessing because the box had no damage on the outside so they couldn't put the blame on the courier (and yes, I'd ticked the options for insurance and extra packaging). The amount of time and energy I've wasted with these people far outweighs any savings I could have made using their 'service'. Do yourself a favour and find someone else to handle your shipments.
