First Time mygermany customer and My package IS stuck in mygermany system .Only way to contack them IS email and answering Times are very long My package arrived to mygermany 29.8.2024 and now its allready 5.9.2024 still waiting for answer to My email Realy disapointed should have Been quik and easy. EditAfter many emails and days waiting got My Packet shipped to me . Took 6days to Finland from germany There should Be number to Call and faster email answers Mygermany tryed to contact me with email because of this review to get it removed or something.Seems now mygermany have deleted my account from their service .after this review.Realy hope nobody else will get involved with them.
