I used the forwarding service MyGermany since 2021 for at least 10 to 15 times and my experience is very mixed – between perfect and absolutely horribly. As long as the customer service is not involved (like for Drop Shipments) it works very well and I am very pleased. In the past I also had some good experience with the customer service, but it is NOT consistent. Several time it took weeks to get problems solved that were caused through MyGermany (e.g. a missing parcel that no one could find until the CEO got involved). Worst case it my last order. End of April I placed several concierge orders and two of them are still open. I contacted the team several time (maybe 4 t0 6 times) in the last 6 weeks and ask about the ETA and I got ABSOLUTE no response (only the acknowledgement of my message). Dead, silence. I called them and left a message, used the chatbot, the form and email but no response. It feels horribly not to be able to get help. Half of the shippment sits in the warehouse and I can't proceed. Therefore I can't recommend them.
