After some really responsive customer service from Kate, I paid for MyGermanys’ concierge plus service last week. It was to buy a turntable from Kleinenziegen, so something that required some communication (as promised in the concierge plus service).Since then I’ve had no updates (or at least none that make any sense - my requests for updates just get forwarded back to me verbatim). I don’t know what’s happening but I suspect it’s the last I’ll see of my 30 Euros and have little hope of them executing the purchase I’d asked them to.I’m certainly glad I didn’t hand over the full cost of the item I’m asking them for help with. That would have been 600 Euro lost rather than the 30 Euro I seem to have lost.Update. It’s a week after I was charged 30 euros and also a week since I last had contact from the company. Would seem to have been scammed.
