My shipments arrived at the warehouse on 25.05.2025 and were split into three packages. One was dispatched, but despite payment processing, I received no updates, and the package never arrived, leading me to cancel it. Even after cancellation, the shipping fee was not refunded. Additionally, one package disappeared from my account, and return requests for the other two have gone unaddressed for months. I reached out to customer support several times but received no response. To make matters worse, I was charged storage fees despite not receiving any service. After waiting for 7 months, I'm still without a resolution. I no longer want returns; I just want to collect my items from the warehouse, yet I still can't get any assistance. This has been an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience.
