Do not book with this company.After a recent trip to their Brighton townhouse, the lock on the front door failed to work. On multiple occasions we were stuck outside the property trying to gain entry for lengthy periods of time. The issue was reported at 7pm and not resolved until the following day at 12pm. Throughout our stay we were inconvenienced massively due to this problem, and when the final guest arrived the following day we noticed they were able to gain access to the property straight away from the outside as the door failed to lock overnight. This meant our belongings and us were left unsafe in the property due to the malfunctioning lock.Since reporting this issue, and after further lengthy periods of not receiving any response from their CS team, I had to chase constantly and they finally offered a very disappointing 25% refund. Due to the issues faced and the impact it had on our weekend I expected a minimum of 50% and they are now completely ignoring my messages. A shame as the property could have been nice.
