We stayed in Buzzing for a family weekend and booked all six apartments – absolutely perfect for our group! The location was spot on, just a short walk from everything, and easy to get to from the train station. Check-in was really straightforward and the My Getaways team were super helpful throughout our stay. The apartments were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our weekend in Brighton – highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at City Heights. The location is perfect, close to many of Brighton's attractions, shops, and eateries. The accommodation was well-equipped with nice touches like coffee/tea sachets and cleaning supplies. The communication from the support team was excellent, keeping us informed through texts and emails. I highly recommend this service!
This service put us through a nightmare! There were numerous issues with the property, including broken blinds and wardrobes, missing paint, and no internet. We were abruptly evicted due to a complaint about our dog, without any prior discussion. A security team arrived without warning and forced us out. Our belongings were tossed into the rain, and my partner was manhandled by the security. The police were called, and we were left stranded. The treatment we received was appalling, particularly from the manager, who was disrespectful and smug. This experience traumatized my family, especially our child, and I urge others to avoid this situation.
We booked an apartment in Peacehaven, but upon arrival, we waited for three hours only to be told our reservation was canceled without explanation. This was unacceptable, especially with children in tow. Our money is gone, and we have received no communication. I am considering legal action. This experience ruined our holiday.

Our group of seven had a terrible stay in a Brighton apartment. The hot water was out for the entire three nights, and despite reporting it, no action was taken. We were told to walk 13 minutes to another property to shower, which was completely impractical. The apartment was dirty, uncomfortably hot, and noisy, with WiFi that stopped working. We paid for a premium property and received a poor experience instead. Offering a small discount on a future stay is insulting. Avoid this service!
