DO NOT TRUST MyGetaways. We had no hot water or heating for 3 of the 4 days of our stay. We wanted to move after the first day, but My Getaways promised to sort the problem within 24h and give us a full refund for each day we were without those services. After we returned from our stay. Instead of giving us the refund, worth approximately £900, they offered us a £250 refund and discount on another stay.I'm furious. They deceived us into staying at the property and lies to us, a fact that they are well aware of and have done nothing about.
