Review Time
I ordered a bundle item and only received part of the order. NO communication stating that a part was backordered. I called customer service and was pretty much told take and wait or send what you got back. They have no problem charging me the full price without the full bundle!
Fantastic, order was placed 3/4/24-stated free shipping 3-7 business days. I arrived home from work 3/5/24, my new Minn kota was waiting for me! I also messaged with questions before ordering, Kevin responded immediately. Will definitely order from them again. Would recommend as my experience with them was great.
I spent almost $3000 with this company within minutes of seeing that it had the product I wanted. After the purchase was completed I did an internet search on "Mygreenoutdoors" and was NOT at all impressed. Someone had even gone as far as calling it a SCAM. When my product was not shipped, as promised, on the day of purchase and numerous phone calls went unanswered I was afraid I was being scammed; I reacted accordingly. I promptly set about cancelling my order by sending numerous emails. A weekend in between did not alleviate my concerns.I used Paypal.After phone contact was made Kevin, the owner, assured me that his business was real, that the product was shipping out that day and IF I was still unhappy after my purchase was delivered I could still return it for a full refund.Well the product arrived by UPS two days later and all turned out perfectly.Later I realized that I had paid with the wrong credit card, I asked Kevin if he would work with me to switch payments through Paypal. Now he could have told me to get lost as it was of no benefit to him to do so but he agreed to do so. I payed him twice with the understanding that he would refund the initial payment. He got that sorted today! Thank you, Kevin.My busness experience with Kevin was not smooth (my fault) but with some extra effort he helped make it happen.Neither Mygreenoutdoors nor Kevin are scammers by my experience and I would, without any hesitation, do business with Kevin again should the opportunity arise. I found him to be 100% honest, trustworthy and extra-cooperative!
There seems to be a pattern here . Ordered item on line said in stock got email confirming order. Checked order 2 days later it said waiting for fulfillment. Checked item and still said in stock. This is where it gets no good could not get any communication Not answering phone or chat on their site . Don’t know how you can charge someone for items with no ship date . Dealing with credit card to back out charge. Won’t recommend them to do business with or do business with. When I cannot get communication for 5 days after I have been charged I have no choice but to write this. This seller is still lying do not use
Terrible customer service. Ordered a Ulterra and was told to change the order so it will ship faster. Made the change paid the additional money they said it shipped but never arrived. They talked me into paying even more for a different motor and It’s been a month of no return emails messages etc. Tried to cancel but now they don’t respond. Doing a charge back through PayPal. What a PITA. Avoid these fools at all cost.
