Got the PRM single-deck shale shaker last month and found the screen replacement pretty straightforward. The VSM300 unit feels solid and the corrugated deck definitely helps keep vibration under control. Just the delivery arrived a bit later than I hoped.

We swapped out our old screens for the VSM300 shaker screen from PRM. The difference in solids removal is night and day. That corrugated one‑piece steel sheet design is tough and doesn't wrinkle up on us. Makes rig maintenance a lot less painful.

We received the VSM300 replacement shaker screen, and its one-piece steel design seems very durable. It's also given us much better filtration consistency.
