Sure wish I could give mygreenoutdoors.com negative stars. Ordering was super easy, but communication sucks!!! They take your money and then NOTHING!! I received 2 out of 3 items, but paid for all 3 items. Kevin, who I’ve been told is the owner, has lied to me 2 times via chat saying my last item was shipping in a couple of days. Originally placed my order on March 25th. The outstanding items was supposed to ship in 21 days. I spent 2-1/2 hours trying to reach queue 1 for an update today on the chat function. RIDICULOUS!! Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling the number listed on the website.
