I ordered a Minn Kota Terrova from here 2 months over 2 months ago. For the first 2 calls they were quick to answer the phone and respond to questions. They have not answered the phone or responded in the last 5 days which is unacceptable. The reason this is a problem is I had another trollling motor I wanted to buy and wanted to cancel my order before buying this one. Still have not heard from them and I am sure the other is gone. I know they are hard to get right now and that is not their fault but I will never order from them again because of this issue.
